Legal basis and responsible management
The sector connects legal review, financial planning and administrative discipline. Without them, decisions are not reliable.
Documents on finances and procurement are published in the relevant registers.
Legal affairs
The Legal and Finance Sector supports procedures before the Agency. This includes preparing acts, checking the application of rules, tracking deadlines and protecting the rights of parties.
A separate part of the work concerns licences, contracts, public procurement and internal acts. The aim is to ensure that every procedure has a clear legal basis and that documentation can be checked.
Financial affairs
- Preparing financial plans and reports.
- Monitoring budget execution and public procurement.
- Keeping records of assets and official vehicles.
- Supporting funding transparency and internal control.
Support to other sectors
Legal and financial work is not isolated from oversight. When monitoring identifies a possible breach, the legal service helps assess the procedure and prepare the act. Once a decision is made, the financial team follows its administrative and financial effects.
