Collective decisions, public record
The Council discusses key issues and decides within its remit. Sessions are open to media with prior registration.
The composition and remit of the Council are set by law. For current invitations and minutes, follow the register and press page.
The role of the Council
The Council is the governing body that discusses key issues within the Agency’s remit and adopts decisions provided by law. Its work is based on collective decision and public reasoning.
Council decisions are published in the register, and the course of discussion can be followed through minutes. This allows the public to see not only what was decided but also which arguments were considered.
Sessions and the public
- Sessions are convened as needed and according to the work plan.
- Media representatives may attend with prior registration.
- The agenda and invitation are published before the session.
- Minutes and decisions are published after the session.
Where to find Council acts
Decisions and minutes are available in the document register. Documents are organised by type and date, and older records remain available for continuity.
