A register where a decision remains
Documents are the public trace of a procedure. The register helps find an act, check its reasons and request what is not published.
Publication respects data protection and legal restrictions. The reason for a restriction must be stated.
Document register
Documents are organised by type of act and procedure. The register covers decisions, acts, minutes, strategies, financial documents and other records intended for public access.
When a document is not published, it may be requested through the access to information process. The Agency will respond under the law and protect data that cannot be made public.
